To place cover on the nominated rental property, simply complete the following information. You will receive a receipt to your nominated email address once we have received the application and the tax invoice will be sent to your office for payment.

To be able to place cover online through this system, you need to be a registered Distributor of Terri Scheer Insurance. If you are not an appointed distributor please phone your local office click here and we will arrange training for your office by one of our qualified Business Relationship Managers.

If the tenant has been in arrears to the extent that notices could have been served during the immediate past two months, cover is limited. Refer to the General Conditions - "Arrears" section of the Policy wording. If you are unsure of the requirements, please contact our office.

The Landlord should consider the Product Disclosure Statement to ensure the policy meets their needs.
